Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Nathan Spaulding for Lone Star Planned Developments, LLC on behalf of Covenant Christian Church for a zoning change from an Agricultural District (A) to Commercial (C) in the City of Paris, Block 351, Part of Lot 9 & 10 (9.32 acres), LCAD 18903 located in the 4000 Block of SE Loop 286. 6. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Nathan Spaulding for Lone Star Planned Developments, LLC on behalf of Benny and Pat Short for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial (C) in the City of Paris, Block 352, Lot PT of 7, LCAD 110221 and Gibson Valley Estates, Block A, Lot 1, LCAD 101305 (4.86 acres) in the 4200 Block of SE Loop 286. 7.
