Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from <br />responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal <br />appeals are not appropriate for the citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of December 04, 2023. <br />4. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Nathan Spaulding for Lone <br />Star Planned Developments, LLC on behalf of Covenant Christian Church for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment for a split land use of Low Density Residential (LDR) and <br />Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Commercial (C) in the City of Paris, Block 351, Part <br />of Lot 9 & 10 (9.32 acres), LCAD 18903 located in the 4000 Block of SE Loop 286. <br />5. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Nathan Spaulding for Lone <br />Star Planned Developments, LLC on behalf of Covenant Christian Church for a zoning <br />change from an Agricultural District (A) to Commercial (C) in the City of Paris, Block 351, <br />Part of Lot 9 & 10 (9.32 acres), LCAD 18903 located in the 4000 Block of SE Loop 286. <br />6. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Nathan Spaulding for Lone <br />Star Planned Developments, LLC on behalf of Benny and Pat Short for a Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial (C) in the City of <br />Paris, Block 352, Lot PT of 7, LCAD 110221 and Gibson Valley Estates, Block A, Lot 1, <br />LCAD 101305 (4.86 acres) in the 4200 Block of SE Loop 286. <br />7. Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Nathan Spaulding for Lone <br />Star Planned Developments, LLC on behalf of Benny and Pat Short for a zoning change from <br />an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C) in the City of Paris, Block 352, Lot <br />PT of 7, LCAD 110221 and Gibson Valley Estates, Block A, Lot 1, LCAD 101305 (4.86 <br />acres) in the 4200 Block of SE Loop 286. <br />8.
