NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT ENT <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session <br />at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2024 to consider a potential residential tax abatement <br />agreement as part of the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Redevelopment Program as set forth below. The <br />meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Invest Fannin, LLC <br />Applicant Invest Fannin, LLC <br />2. The Nae ---and Location of theReinvestment Zone: Investment Zone 20204, <br />encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. Properties <br />to be included in the abatement are: <br />• LCAD- 103422, Gibbons Braden Addition Block 16, Lot 5A, located on <br />17th St. SE. <br />• LCAD- 103421, Gibbons Braden Addition Block 16, Lot 5A, located at the <br />corner of 171h St. SE and Jackson St. <br />• LCAD- 18409, Lovette Addition Block 281 Lot 6, located at 1610 15" NE <br />St. <br />3.
