Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Culbertson Park Addition CB <br />112B, Lots I and 2, Block A, LCAD 15827 and 15828, located in the1500 Block of Hearon <br />St. <br />Todd Mittge states that staff is recommending approval of the preliminary plat with two <br />conditions, one of which is for a variance for lot width. <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat with two conditions was made by Board Member <br />Francine Neeley and seconded by Board Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried, <br />5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Culbertson Park Addition CB 112B, <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block A, LCAD 15827 and 15828, located in the 1500 Block of Hearon St. <br />Todd Mittge states that staff is recommending approval of the final plat with three <br />conditions to include minor formatting of the title block. <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat with three conditions was made by Board <br />Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley and seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion <br />carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the .Harper Industrial Addition, Lot <br />1, Block A, LCAD 111478, 121013, 71912, 71910 and 70702, located in the 2400 Block <br />of Church Street. <br />Todd Mittge states that staff is recommending approval of the preliminary plat with one <br />minor condition for the utility locations to be updated on the map. <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat with the minor condition was made by Board <br />Member Francine Neeley and seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carried, <br />5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Harper Industrial Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD 1 l 1478, 121013, 71912, 71910 and 70702, Iocated in the 2400 Block of Church <br />Street. <br />Todd Mittge states that staff is recommending approval of the final plat with the same <br />condition. <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat with city recommendation was made by Board <br />Member Adam Bolton and seconded by Board Member Francine Neeley. Motion carried, <br />5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />15. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Lamar County Emergency <br />Center Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, LCAD 59544, located at 2805 N Main St. <br />Todd Mittge states that staff is recommending approval of the preliminary plat without <br />conditions. <br />
