Memorand'um <br />Item No. 11 <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Replat of City Block 141 (submitted as <br />Preliminary Plat of the McCuin 141 Addition Lot 1 Block A) <br />DATE: Wednesday, January 17, 2024 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a Replat for City Block 141 Lot 12R (submitted as <br />McCuin 141Addition Block(s) A Lot(s) 1) in order to establish a building site for a single family <br />residence. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat with the condition that the following issues are <br />addressed: <br />Chapter 9A, II Definitions, (11): The word "replatting" shall be the re -subdivision of any <br />part or all of any block or blocks of a previously platted subdivision, addition, lot, or <br />tract, except as hereinafter provided in Section <br />a. During review it was determined that City Block 141 has already been platted <br />(Lamar County Plat Records Volume 1 Page 20). As such the submitted plat shall <br />be Replat of City Block 141 Lot 12R. The title block and drawing shall be revised <br />accordingly. <br />2. Chapter 9A, VII Replatting, (A): <br />a. The certifications and signature blocks shall be revised to meet the requirements <br />of a final plat. <br />
