digiTICKET <br />electronic ticketing solution <br />Hardware <br />• See Hardware Detail table above. <br />NOTE: The use of existing tablet computers, barcode scanners and/or printers must be <br />approved by Saltus. If approved, the customer must provide a minimum of two of each existing <br />device types for system configuration and testing purposes. <br />NOTE: Saltus does NOT provide hardware installation services. The Customer is responsible for <br />installing all hardware. <br />Paper <br />• See Hardware Detail table above. <br />Hosting <br />• Hos <br />Ling services for the digiTICKET web application provided BY RACKSPACE. <br />NOTE: If Customer hosts the digiTICKET solution on -premises, Customer is responsible for all <br />disaster recovery, backup, and security processes. Saltus will deploy the solution on customer <br />hardware but is not responsible for database backups or hardware or operating system <br />maintenance. <br />Software Maintenance and Support Services <br />• Software maintenance provided through periodic release updates to the mobile client and web <br />server software during the term of this agreement. <br />• Saltus reserves the right to increase the annual maintenance and support and hosting fees on an <br />annual basis (not to exceed 5% annually) to reflect increases in the costs of doing business. <br />Miscellaneous <br />It is understood and agreed by the parties that: <br />• The Customer and Saltus will each appoint a Project Lead for this project. The Project Leads will <br />serve as the Primary Point of Contact for the respective parties <br />• In addition to the fees and payments listed in Section 6 of this agreement, Saltus will invoice the <br />Customer for all travel and living expenses associated with on-site activities (such as training). <br />All expenses will be billed as actual with copies of receipts provided. <br />• The Customer will appoint an Administrator that will train and provide first level support to <br />Customer users. This person can be the same individual as the PPC if so desired. The Customer <br />Administrator will be the single point of contact between Saltus Support Services and the <br />Customer. <br />• Changes to project scope can affect time estimates required for implementation and will be <br />mutually agreed to and confirmed in writing. <br />• Saltus may perform User Acceptance Testing and Training activities remotely utilizing webinar and <br />teleconferencing technologies. <br />• Saltus will not provide installation services for vehicle docks or mounts. <br />• The Customer will provide a full-time internet connection to facilitate the synchronization of tickets <br />from the ticket writing devices to the digiTICKET server. <br />• Fees charged by Court or RMS system vendors to interface with the digiTICKET Solution are not <br />included in the purchase price under this Agreement and shall be an additional charge to the <br />Customer. <br />Confidential Paris Police Department Page 4 <br />Copyright © 2023 Saltus Technologies, LLC All Rights Reserved <br />
