No change to the Agreement is required. <br />9. Page 17, Addendum C, 1.1.2: <br />(a) The nrtivus EMS interface <br />.CIS Response: The Interface is included. No change in overall cost. The <br />Interface is a development with a target delivery of the first quarter of 2008. It <br />will be delivered with no increase in price when developed in mid 2008. At <br />that point, the EMS Tables running Crtivus will be required to access the CIS <br />Server and download certain dispatch fields. <br />(b) Satellite TLETS <br />CJS Response: CIS does not have a Texas agency with Satellite TLETS. <br />When CIS receives a Paris contract, CIS will initiate the development process <br />and provide Paris with an estimated delivery. I would estimate delivery at this <br />time at mid 2008. <br />10. Page 19, Addendum C, 3.2.1: <br />CIS Response: See CIS Response to Item 9 above. <br />11. Page 21, Addendum C, 3.6, Task 6: <br />CIS Response: Acceptance is a two (2) step process fully described in <br />Addendum M(2). Note the answer in item 8 above. No change to the <br />Agreement is required. <br />12_ Page 22, Addendum C, 3.8: <br />CIS Response: Please note that is exactly what is stated on Page 16 in <br />Addendum B, Task 8 and Page 22, Paragraph 3.8. No change to the Agreement <br />is required. <br />13. Page 24, Addendum C, 5.0: <br />CIS Response: CIS estimates a minimum of thirty-six (36) weeks and an <br />average of fifty-two (52) weeks. There are a considerable number of Tasks to be <br />performed by both Paris and CIS. <br />14. Page 25, Addendum C, 5.8: <br />CIS Response: See answer in Item 8. <br />15. Page 36, Addendum D(2): <br />(a) CIS Response: CIS will change Addendum D to Addendum D(2). <br />(b) Segment Report <br />CIS Response: Segment and Module are used interchangeably.
