PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT TEXAS <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT #345 <br />©8-22-2007 <br />The IBR Reporting Function is activated for agencies in States where IBR reporting is <br />mandated. The IBR Reporting Function is customized to each State's requirements for <br />data elements and reporting media. <br />2.1.3.1 113R Data Elements <br />IBR contains at least fifty-two (52) FBI data elements plus any number of additional <br />State mandated elements. User is responsible for acquiring specific training in IBR. <br />CIS provides training limited to the functional use of the Incident System. <br />2.1.3.2 Validation Windows <br />Validation Windows are provided to assist the operator in entering valid data. Error <br />messages are provided that reference State and/or FBI Error Report Messages. <br />2.1.4 UCR REPORTING <br />The UCR Reporting Function is activated for agencies reporting summary based <br />uniform crime reporting. The UCR reporting function is customized for each States <br />requirements for format and reporting media. <br />2.1.5 STATE AND LOCAL INCIDENTS (SLI) <br />The SLI Function is activated for both IBR and UCR reporting agencies. SLI enables <br />the agency to enter and track state and local code violations that are not reportable <br />under state and federal guidelines. The System will automatically remove SLI incidents <br />from any IBR or UCR monthly reports to the State. <br />2.2 ADMINISTRATIVE MODULE <br />2.2.1 FUNCTION <br />The Administrative Module provides for entry of Calls For Service data and statistical <br />data. <br />2.2.2 REPORTS <br />Record Report <br />Segment Report <br />Incident Report <br />2.3 OFFENSE MODULE <br />2.3.1 FUNCTIONS <br />The Offense Module provides for entry of each offense associated with an incident. <br />39 <br />
