PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT TEXAS <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT #345 <br />3.6.1 Wireless Watcher Window <br />08-22-2007 <br />The Wireless Watcher (Watcher) Window provides the Operator with either a <br />"RED" or "GREEN" indicator of Wireless !Network availability and the Signal Level <br />when data is available from the Wireless Modem. A Signal Level greater than - <br />100 dbm is required for operation. <br />The Watcher Window must be minimized by the Operator to expose the entire <br />Windows Desk Top Screen. <br />3.6.2 Windows Desk Trap (WDT) Window <br />The WDT Window contains ICONS of the various MCS Applidaf+on. The <br />Operator would select the MCS ICON for normal patrol operation. <br />3.6.3 MCS Log On Window <br />The Log On Window will appear. The Operator must Log On. <br />3.6.4 Mobile HALT Screen <br />The Mobile Screen provides the Operator access to all MCS Windows' functions <br />detailed in Paragraph 6.0 below. <br />The Operator's functional interface to said MCS functions are provided <br />by; <br />• Function Key <br />• Mouse <br />• Clicks <br />• Touch (Touch Screen MLT required) <br />3.7 MOBILE RECORD DOWNLOAD TO MCS HOST <br />Transactions are stored on disc. Three (3) download options are as follows: <br />• Wireless <br />• Diskette/CD <br />• LAS} <br />4.0 MOBILE CAD TRANSACTIONS <br />The following Transactions are provided for MCS Mobiles Licensed for CAD by <br />purchase of MCS CAD Mobile Software: <br />• CAD Dispatches to Mobile, Text Displayed and Computer Voiced <br />• Touch and Command Key enables Repeat of the Computer Voiced <br />
