PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT TEXAS <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT #34S <br />6.2 Performance <br />D$-22-2007 <br />Performance, including response time is a function of User's hardware and <br />wireless network or common carrier communications network and is outside the <br />scope of the CIS MCS Software furnished hereinunder. User will, at his own <br />cost, purchase any hardware and software necessary to achieve and maintain <br />User's desired performance within the limitations imposed by said hardware, <br />including without limitation of MCS Servers and LapTops and wireless network. <br />7.4 INSTALLATION AND USER RESPONSIBILITY <br />7.1 MCS Server <br />The MCS Server Software furnished hereinunder is electronically installed <br />remotely by CIS. Any on-site installation requested by User not specifically <br />scheduled in this Amendment will be billed at $ 1,200.00 per day plus expenses. <br />CIS will provide an Installation CD for the User to install the MCS Clients on the <br />User's MLTs. <br />7.2 MLT Synchronization with RMSICAD Server <br />User is responsible for installation of the MCS RMS and/or CAD Clients <br />on the Users MLTs. Each new CIS Systems Version Release shall <br />require the User to upload the new Version to the MI -Ts whether or not <br />any changes have been made to the MCS software with the Version. <br />User is responsible for updating MLT Code Tables on all MLTs with any <br />Code Table updates on the RMS/CAD Server. <br />smsdoc.addenda: mcs p(5)9-16-04 <br />2-13-04 R.2-3-05 R.3-1&07 <br />
