MINUTES OF THE LOVE CIVIC CENTER BOARD MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />November 29, 2023 <br />The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, <br />November 29, 2023, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate. <br />Present: Board Members: Gary Flynn, Levi Graham, Russell Jackson, Angie Briscoe, <br />Lauren Wilson, Brad Ramsey, Robert Staples, Brittany Chaidemenos, Steve <br />Avery, Ashley Green, and Hunter Jones. <br />City Representatives: None. <br />Absent: Board Members: Brittany Johnson, Owen Jobe and Peggy McClaren. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Robert Staples, Chair, called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of September 2023, a motion to approve this item was made by Brad <br />Ramsey, seconded by Lauren Wilson, motion carried, l layes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receive financial report from Robert Staples, a motion to approve this item was made by Gary Flynn, <br />seconded by Angie Briscoe. Motion carried, 11 ayes, 0 nays. <br />5. Randy Nation gave up date on sign, it is a work in progress. He also stated that there are some leaks in roof <br />and condensation from ac unit. <br />Randy Nation stated that the RV spots are leaking due to growth of shrubs. This needs to be looked at and <br />addressed. <br />Paul Allen stated the BBQ event is happening on December2, Eclipse on April 8 and concert on April 7, <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Robert Staples, seconded <br />by Board Member Levi Graham. Motion carried, 11 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Robert Staples adjourned the meeting at 12:35 p.m. <br />Robert Staples , Chair <br />
