<br /> Dr. Putnam called the meeting to order 3n open session at 5:30 p.m:
<br /> Dr. Bart Hays made a thotion and was seconded by dr. Amy Hughes into open
<br /> session. Motion carried.7 yays,0 nays.
<br /> Mitzie Pirtle made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Amy Hughes to approve
<br /> prior meetings minutes. Motion carried.7 yays, 0 nays.
<br /> Lori Cannan, CPA, advised the board that her office had finished the audit and
<br /> they had followed up ars any prior findings, and she was reporing that the Paris
<br /> Lamar CQunty Health District had no findings for the current year. The audit had
<br /> been submitted to the Clearing iHouso. Gina Pre5trldge requested 9-10 bound
<br /> copies of the audit for her office and board members.
<br /> Gina Prestridge presented the Board of Health members with the proposed
<br /> budget and Susan Bellene made the motion to approve the budget and was
<br /> seconded by dr. Myers Hurt. Motion carried. 7 yays,0 nays•
