Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />D. 1813 W Houston; City Block 197, Lot 8 <br />Owner: Roy C Fults, C/O Nancy Fults, 1590 FR 2352, Sumner, TX 75486 <br />Robert Talley stated there has been no contact with the owner regarding the <br />deteriorating condition of the structures. The roof has multiple holes, and the roof on <br />the shed is collapsing as well. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or city <br />has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />F. 2056 W Sherman; City Block 212, Lot 9 <br />Owner: Luis M Aguirre et al; 104 Edward St., Anna, TX 75409 <br />Robert Talley stated there has been no contact with the owner. The property exhibits <br />damage such as holes in the roof and deterioration of the fascia wood which require <br />immediate repair. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Repair structure within 60 days, if not, it will <br />come back before the commission. <br />Motion made by Richard Thompson, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />G. 731 Williams and 700 BLK of Hickory; Williams Block 7, Lots 3-6 & 15-19 <br />Owner: Anthony D Thomas; 816 Acacia Dr., Anna, TX 75409 <br />Robert Talley stated this has been brought to BSC due to the illegal hot-wire fence <br />that is on the property. There was discussion amongst the board and Mr. Talley <br />regarding the fencing materials. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Removal of the illegal hot-wire fence within 30 <br />days, or city has right to do so - <br />Motion made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />
