MINUTES OF THE PARIS VISITORS AND CONVENTION COUNCIL NMEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />November 20, 2023 <br />The Paris Visitors and Convention Council of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 4:00 p.m. on <br />November 20, 2023, at the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce board room, 8 West Plaza, Paris, TX. <br />Present: Board Members: Bryan Hargis, Bradley Hilliard, Ryan Whitaker, Chadlee Johnston, Austin Anthony, <br />Eric Guillot, Tion Walsworth, Thomas McMonigle, Brittany Miller, Robbie Todd, Monica Clement and Cody Head. <br />City Representatives: none <br />Absent: Board Members: Troy Glascock <br />Call meeting to order.. <br />Chadlee Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />There was no one present for the citizen's forum. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of October, 2023. A motion to approve was made by Thomas <br />McMonigle seconded by Eric Guillot. Motion carried. 12 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receive financial report from October, 2023, by Austin Anthony. A motion to approve was made by Robbie <br />Todd, seconded by Tim Walsworth. Motion carried. 12 ayes. 0 nays. <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Tim Walsworth, seconded <br />by Board Member Chadlee Johnston. Motion carried, 12 ayes — 0 nays.
