a. Certificate of Appropriateness for new construction 1032 Church Street. <br />Commissioner Matthews asked about the siding. He will use smooth hardy <br />siding. Commissioner Holtman asked if there were going to be two driveways <br />down the side, which he will keep. Mr. Hider stated there is a circle drive and <br />he's not sure yet if he will keep it or not. A motion was made by <br />Commissioner Coyle, seconded by Commissioner Dougherty to approve the <br />COA. Motion carried. 5 ayes, 1 nay (Commissioner Holtman). <br />b. Commissioner Vandiver made a motion to untable items 5a and 5b. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Dougherty. Motion carried, Ayes 6; Nays 0. <br />Commissioner Dougherty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Coyle <br />to approve the fagade grant. Motion carried. 5 ayes; 1 nay (Commissioner <br />Holtman). <br />c. Tax Exemption for the New Construction in the Historic District. <br />Commissioner Dougherty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Coyle <br />to approve the tax exemption.
