Item No. 10 <br />Memorandum <br />TO: Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and City Council <br />Grayson Path, City Manager <br />FROM: Todd Mittge, City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat Troy Jones Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, CB 134, 0.6917 Acres <br />DATE: April 22, 2024 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant requests approval of a final plat in order to construct detached structure. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the final plat with the following conditions: <br />No building or structure shall be hereafter located, erected, or altered to have a year yard <br />smaller tan herein required... ten (10) feet to the rear property line... Chapter 913, <br />Zoning Ordinance, (9-700, Rear Yard, 9-600, Side Yard) <br />a. The combination of three lots, with the home facing 6th Street to the East would <br />cause the rear setback along the West property line to need to change to 10 feet and <br />the side setback along the South to change to 5 feet. <br />
