Contract period will be from May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025.
The lowest bid was for Pridemore Construction. The City awarded last year's bid to Pridemore as
well and is pleased with their performance.
BUDGET:
Funding is budgeted in the various Public Works Departments' budgets. It is important to note that
this is an as -needed agreement. The bid is based on
estimated and historical quantities in order to give us a means of comparing pricing fairly between
bidders given state procurement requires lowest bid in this instance.
