Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas designates Grayson Path, City <br />Manager, as the authorized official to apply for, accept, decline, modify, or cancel the grant <br />application for the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority Grant Program and all other <br />necessary documents to accept said grant; and <br />Section 3.
