MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />APRIL 01, 2024 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 5:30 p.m. in <br />the City Hall, Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Board Members Present: Clifton Fendley, Chance Abbott, Robert Spain, Francine <br />Neeley, Chad Lindsey <br />City Representatives: Robert Vine, Deputy City Manager; Stephanie Harris, City <br />Attorney; Clyde Crews, Fire Marshal; Derek Dacus, <br />GISCoordinator; Triniti Frazier, Community Development <br />Coordinator; Gary Savage, City Council Liaison <br />Board Member(s) Absent: Tylesha Ross -Mosley, Adam Bolton <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Vice -Chairman Chance Abbott called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their <br />presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the <br />Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments <br />other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or <br />employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for the citizens' <br />forum.) <br />The citizens' forum was declared open. With no one speaking the forum was declared <br />closed. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of March 04, 2024. <br />A Motion to approve the minutes was made by Board Member Francine Neeley and <br />seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Troy Jones Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A CB 134, LCAD 16186, 16187, 16188, located in the 600 Block of W Sherman. <br />
