January 2, 2024 <br />3. Public hearing to consider and take action on the p etition of Andrew Mack, on behalf <br />of Invest Fannin LLC, regarding variances to the City of Paris Area Regulations, on <br />Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 16, ofthe Gibbons Braden Addition being located at 1121 SE <br />176, Street. Sections and variances as follows: <br />1) 14' variance to the front yard setback, Section 9-501(1). <br />2) 8'9" variance to lot depth on the south side of the property, Section 9- <br />301(1). <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Richard Martin, on <br />behalf of Larry and Betty Jones, regarding variances to the City of Paris Sign <br />Ordinance, on Lot 2, City Block 57 being located at 328N Main Street. Sections and <br />variances as follows: <br />1) Variance to allow a billboard on a Commercial lot, Section 4.10.006(a)(1). <br />2) Variance to allow a billboard on a lot located inside Loop 286, Section <br />4.10.006(d)(1). <br />3) Variance to allow a billboard closer than 10' of an electrical line, Section <br />4.10.006(d)(4). <br />4) Variance to allow a billboard within 500' of another permanent sign, <br />Section 4.10.006(d)(5). <br />5) Variance to allow a billboard to be placed where it does not meet the <br />minimum distance from the front and North side property lines, building <br />or structure equal to the overall height of the billboard, Section <br />4.10.006(d)(6). <br />6) Variance to allow a billboard to be closer than the minimum 1000' buffer <br />of property used for residential purposes, Section 4.10.006(d)(7). <br />7) Variance to allow a billboard to be closer than 15' to the right-of-way for <br />an existing street, Section 4.10.006(d)(8). <br />
