Haynes <br />1. Call meeting to Order, Jenny Wilson, Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, at 3:02 <br />p.m. <br />2. Quorum and members verified by Jenny Wilson, Vice Chairman. <br />3. Citizen's Forum: None present to speak. <br />4. Approve Minutes from following meetings: <br />Regular Meeting of March 19, 2024. A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member <br />Steve Smith and seconded by Board Member Derrick Hill. Motion carried, 4 ayes - 0 nays. <br />Emergency Meeting of April 5, 2024. A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member <br />Beverly Johnson and seconded by Board Member Steve Smith. Motion carried, 4 ayes - 0 nays. <br />1 <br />
