Main Street Advisor Board one vacanca which is an unexpired term Applicants are <br />Sequoia Bruce, Roxann Hadley, Millicent Kee, Kevin Moore, and Jeremy Wilson <br />Plannin & Zoning Commission no vacancies At the July 8 City Council meeting, City <br />Clerk Janice Ellis inadvertently stated that the two individuals receiving the highest number of <br />points was Stacy Ladell and Larry Walker. However, those receiving the highest number of <br />points was Adam Bolton and Larry Walker. While reviewing appointments the following day, <br />staff realized this mistake and immediately notified City Council, as well as Mr. Ladell and Mr. <br />Bolton. <br />Staff is requesting that City Council rescind the vote appointing Stacy Ladell to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and approve the appointment of Adam Bolton. <br />Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone one or three vacancies — de aendin g on if the number of <br />board members is increased — Note: Rob Vine resigned from TIRZ on July 16, 2024 (see <br />attachment) so his unexpired term will need to be filled. Mr. Vine's term expires 2025. If <br />Council increases the board by an additional two members, those terms will expire June 30, <br />2026. This will allow for staggering terms of board members. <br />Applicants for TIRZ are: Dillon Cecil, Matthew Coyle, Josh Craig, Christopher Dux, Miles <br />Mathieu, and Pam Norwood <br />Traffic Commission 'four vacancies Applicants are Roxann Hadley and Jermy Wilson. <br />At the July 8 City Council meeting, A.W. "Plug" Clem was appointed to this board and the <br />Board of Adjustment. Staff asks that City Council rescind the appointment of A.W. "Plug" Clem <br />to this Board. <br />BUDGET: N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION: Appoint members to the fill board and commission vacancies. <br />
