NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024 to consider a certain amendments to an existing tax abatement agreement as set forth below. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. Due to the pandemic concerns, one or all Council Members may be attending remotely, but the feed will be available for live viewing at 1-ittLis-Jlliaristexas.gov/oublic- The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Owner of Pro Lionshead Paris, LLC Applicant: Lionshead Paris, LLC (Owned by Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel, LLC 2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Pursuant to the 2020 Census, the , Property within City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, is included within an Enterprise Zone, which pursuant to the Texas Enterprise Zone Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 2303) and the Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act (Texas Tax Code Sec. 312.2011) also constitutes designation of the area as a reinvestment zone. The Property is inside Northwest Loop 286 in the Northwest Industrial Park, Block A, Lot IA and comprises 10 acres. 3. A General Description of. mthe Nature of the Improvements or Repairs; New construction of a 120,000 square foot plant for the development, manufacturing, and distribution of tire and wheel assemblies and component parts for the recreation vehicle, marine, livestock, cargo, and utility trailer industries. 4.
