In 2019, the 5 -Year Goals were the following: Water Loss (GPCD) = 443 Residential (GPCD) = 50 Water Loss (GPCD) = 22 Water Loss Percentage = 5.00% The 10 -Year Goals were the following: Water Loss (GPCD) = 432 Residential (GPCD) = 49 Water Loss (GPCD) = 22 Water Loss Percentage = 5.00% In 2023, the water loss was 453 GPCD, the total residential water use was 56 GPCD, the water loss was 50 GPCD, and the water loss percentage was 11.00%. Therefore, the 2019 goals were not met. One likely cause of the high-water loss percentage includes aging lines. The City is constantly replacing and updating lines to aid the water loss for the system. We believe that the 2019 goals were too aggressive, we have revised the 2024 goals to be more realistic goal to achieve of 10% water loss. TCEQ-20645 (revised 04/2022)
