Citizens forum <br />No one came forth to speak during the Citizens Forum <br />3. Review and approve the April 10, 2024 meeting <br />The minutes of the April 10„ 2024 meeting were approved <br />4. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness application <br />for property located in HD 2, 655 S. Church, Property ID 16275 — Linda Knox <br />A. Certificate of Appropriateness for window repair. <br />This COA is similar to one approved in an earlier meeting for the north side of <br />this property. A motion was made by commissioner Coyle, seconded by <br />Commissioner Holtman to approve the COA. Motion carried: 5 ayes; 0 nays <br />
