Someone is <br />living in a camper in the front yard. They have no sewer hookup and they have an <br />extension cord ran to the camper. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, removal of camper within <br />30 days, or city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Fitzgerald, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />G. 832 Provine; City of Paris, Block 75-A, Lot 7A & 8 <br />Owner: Jesse Hall; 865 NE 5a', Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated that there is a shed that has been moved onto the property. <br />They were getting power to the shed from a generator that was found in the house <br />next door. The house has fire damage, foundation damage and missing windows. It <br />looks like they started to repair but have since stopped working on it. The roof is <br />starting to sag. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, removal of shed and vacate <br />property within 30 days or city has right to do so. Also secure main structure within <br />14 days, or city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Fitzgerald, seconded by Chris Dux, to Demolish main <br />structure within 60 days, remove the shed on property and vacate within 30 days, or <br />city has the right to do so. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />
