Chapter 12, Article 12.04.042(7)(d) <br />(d) Upon receipt of an application and finding of public necessity and convenience for the <br />issuance of the permit, the City Manager or his designee shall issue the permit following the <br />current application process, assuring the same insurance requirements be met. Fees are <br />to be collected by the Finance Department and staff will be allowed to revoke a permit for <br />non-compliance. <br />
