NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024 to consider a potential residential tax abatement agreement as set forth below. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Owner of Property City of Paris as Trustee Applicant: EXL Capital Group, LLC 2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Investment Zone 2020-1, encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. Propert ies to be included in the abatement are: • LCAD- 13833, 128 NE 10t1i St., City of Paris Block 32-13, Lot 10 • LCAD- 13802, 203 NE 13th St., City of Paris Block 32, Lot 7 • LCAD- 13867, 1405 E. Houston, City of Paris Block 33-A, Lot 7 3. A General Description of the Nature of the Improvements or Repairs: 2 duplexes and one single family home (5 total dwelling units) under the City's 5 in 5 Residential Infill Development Program 4. The Estimated Cost of the Improvements or Repairs: $530,000.00. Certification I certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board in the City Hall Annex, 150 First St. SE, Paris, Texas and on the City's website at www.paristexas.gov, no later than 5:30 p.m. on October 11, 2024.
