NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session <br />at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024 to consider a potential residential tax abatement <br />agreement as set forth below. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. <br />Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: <br />1. Owner of Property City of Paris as Trustee <br />Applicant: EXL Capital Group, LLC <br />2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Investment Zone 2020-1, <br />encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. Propert ies <br />to be included in the abatement are: <br />• LCAD- 13833, 128 NE 10t1i St., City of Paris Block 32-13, Lot 10 <br />• LCAD- 13802, 203 NE 13th St., City of Paris Block 32, Lot 7 <br />• LCAD- 13867, 1405 E. Houston, City of Paris Block 33-A, Lot 7 <br />3. A General Description of the Nature of the Improvements or Repairs: 2 duplexes and <br />one single family home (5 total dwelling units) under the City's 5 in 5 Residential <br />Infill Development Program <br />4.
