MINUTES OF <br />THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING <br />June 18, 2024 <br />The Housing Authority of the City of Paris, Texas Board of Commissioners met for a REGULAR <br />BOARD MEETING at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Paris, Texas, 650 7f" SW — Office, Conference Room, Paris, Texas 75460. <br />Present: Board Members: Jenny Wilson, Vice Chairman <br />Steve Smith <br />Beverly Johnson <br />Derrick Hill <br />City Representatives: None <br />Housing Authority Employees: <br />Other: <br />Absent: Board Members: TK Haynes <br />Stacia Waters <br />Pam Adams <br />Patricia Pridemore <br />Alan Naul, Celebration Paris <br />1. Call Meeting to Order: Jenny Wilson, Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, called <br />the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. <br />2. Establish Quorum: Quorum of members verified by Jenny Wilson, Vice Chairman. <br />3. Citizens' Forum: No one present or requested to speak. <br />4. Approve Minutes from the meeting of May 31, 2024. A Motion to approve this item was <br />made by Board Member Steve Smith and seconded by Board Member Beverly Johnson. <br />Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Celebration Paris Update: Alan Naul gave the BOC an update on the progress of <br />Celebration Paris. Alan agreed to come back whenlif any new BOCs are appointed. <br />6. TML Rates: ED advised BOC of increases to Property Insurance in the amount of 24.2%. <br />7. Fee Accountant Quotes: ED presented quotes from Urlaub and Lindsey. After discussion <br />the Board decided it was time to change Fee Accounts and decided to hire Lindsey who is <br />also our Software provider which allows Lindsey to gather information easily with less PHA <br />involvement. <br />
