Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. - i <br />20. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Paris Pregnancy Maternity Home <br />Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, LCAD 16967, located in the 500 Block of E Houston. <br />Todd Mittge states the applicant requests plat approval to build a single -story structure. Sta <br />recommends approval. There are no conditions. I <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat was made by Board Member Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays with Larry <br />Walker abstaining. <br />21. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the CnC Partners 306 Addition, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD 55692 and 403273 located at N Main and Deshong Dr. <br />Todd Mittge states the applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval to build an additional <br />covered storage building on the property. Staff recommends approval with no conditions. <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat was made by Board Member Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />23. Request items for future agendas. <br />No items were requested at this time. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m. <br />APPROVED THE 4th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2024. <br />
