a. The board will meet Wednesday, December 4, and that will count for November and <br />December due to holiday commitments. <br />b. The library will be closed November 15-23, 2024, due to renovations (Steve did suggest <br />that late fees be waived during this time). Books will need to be moved out on Friday, <br />November 15, if you want to help, at 8 a.m. <br />c. Ron Hervey is retiring. His last day is November 14. Judy Vickers is the new library <br />supervisor. Library technician position (what Judy is now) will be posted. They are <br />clearing out the office the week of renovation to give her an office. The job description <br />will change. As Connie said "times have changed and all staff are tech savvy." <br />With nothing further to address, Myers Hurt made the motion to adjourn, with Eva Dickey <br />providing the second.
