GrantWorks is Texas' foremost application <br />and grant management services provider, with a history of securing and administering more than $9 bil- <br />lion in assistance for hundreds of localities through thousands of grant contracts. We aim to free the City <br />of Paris (City) from cumbersome paperwork while providing timely and accurate decision-making infor- <br />mation to help you plan for your current and future needs. <br />We understand that the City is considering applying for Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) to support <br />eligible activities under FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program (HMGP), Building Resilient Infra- <br />structure and Communities (BRIC), Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Grant Program and other mitiga- <br />tion funding sources. GrantWorks has the resources and expertise to assist with applications and grant <br />administration immediately following contract signing. We are ready to help generate and implement <br />projects that meet the requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas <br />Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), or other funding <br />sources, and satisfy the City's needs and wishes. We commit to completing these projects following state <br />and federal requirements within the City's project schedule. <br />As this proposal demonstrates, GrantWorks has deep experience managing every aspect of HMA imple- <br />mentation, including project development, preliminary environmental review, compliance with state and <br />federal regulations, and implementation of funded construction projects. We believe we are the most <br />qualified bidder to provide the services associated with the City's HMA project for the following reasons: <br />Established Team — GrantWorks' 300+ employees have experience covering all aspects of federal and <br />state grant management, including applications, project development, environmental review, compliance <br />assurance, and implementation of funded construction projects.
