MINUTES OF THE LOVE CIVIC CENTER BOARD MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />September 12, 2024 <br />The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, <br />September 12, 2024, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate. <br />Present: Board Members: Russell Jackson, Peggy McClaren, Gary Flynn, Brittany <br />Chaidemenos, Levi Graham, Robert Staples, Hunter Jones, Patty Nix, Bart <br />Chadwick, Brittany Johnson, Brad Ramsey, Ashley Green, and Owen Jobe. <br />City Representatives: None. <br />Absent: Board Members: Wally Kraft, Trey Peeples, Lauren Wilson and Angie Briscoe. <br />Call meeting to order. <br />Robert Staples, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 12:11 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of July 2024, a motion to approve this item was made by Owen Jobe, <br />seconded by Robert Staples, motion carried, 10 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Receive financial report from Paul Allen, a motion to approve this item was made by Robert Staples, <br />seconded by Levi Graham. Motion carried, 10 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Paul Allen stated that the roof work is good so far. The AC is repaired and no water leaks. <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Ashley Green, seconded <br />by Board Member Gary Flynn.
