FEMA Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs,
<br />and over four decades of engineering and construction experience.
<br />He has prepared and overseen the preparation of project work-
<br />sheets in all categories of work. Tim has worked with local, county,
<br />and state government entities, including road departments, utilities,
<br />school boards, local and state police and fire departments, and the
<br />national guard, and nonprofit organization. He has prepared over
<br />250 project worksheets.
<br />Tim has extensive construction and repair, utilities, HVAC systems,
<br />water and wastewater treatment, and roadway repair experience. He
<br />has written plans, evaluated risks, and conducted exercises for local
<br />counties and jurisdictions in Texas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Colo-
<br />rado, Oklahoma, California, and Puerto Rico. Tim excels in providing
<br />comprehensive all -hazard planning services in FEMA Public Assis-
<br />tance disaster recovery phases. He has a vast knowledge of federal
<br />regulations, policies, and laws applicable to the Public Assistance
<br />program, including the new PA Delivery Model.
<br />He has served as a report specialist, deputy PAC, program analyst,
<br />and closeout specialist for several disasters nationwide. He has done
<br />extensive work on the Alternate and Improved Projects team for Hur-
<br />ricane Katrina, flooding in Oklahoma, and the devastating floods in
<br />Colorado in 2013 to repair roads and utilities. He coordinated facility
<br />flooding and wind damage efforts in North Dakota, Massachusetts,
<br />and Texas.

<br />Tim coordinates the FEMA Public Assistance Program providing
<br />technical assistance support for disaster -related operations through-
<br />out Texas. He assists local communities in applying for and imple-
<br />menting funding for repairing infrastructure damaged by disasters,
<br />including roads, bridges, hospitals, schools, and water treatment
<br />facilities. Projects under his management include:
<br />Project Manager, FEMA PA, City of Patton Village, Patton Village,
<br />Texas, January 2021 — January 2022
<br />This project includes the restoration of the roadway base and surfac-
<br />es for the City, including the design, procurement, and construction
<br />of four miles of roadway for $1.4 million in construction costs.
