She served as the Regional Planning Repre- <br />sentative for TDEM Regions 2and 6onthe State Hazard Mitigation <br />Advisory Committee. Natalie was responsible for hazard mitigation <br />planning, including reviewing and meeting FEMA requirements. She <br />also helped revise the State Hazard Mitigation Plan, including format- <br />ting, meeting FEMA requirements, and writing the Hurricane Harvey <br />Annex. Natalie coordinated with other agencies and stakeholders <br />for state and local plan updates in this position. She liaised with staff, <br />government agencies, community organizations, and the public to <br />explain and provide technical assistance on mitigation program spe- <br />cifics and requirements.
