<br />Natalie's primary responsibilities include developing hazard miti-
<br />gation plan elements, including jurisdictional profiles, hazard risk

<br />assessments, and mitigation action strategies. She works with repre-
<br />sentatives from participating jurisdictions to identify hazards that may

<br />organizes planning team meetings and facilitates public hearings to

<br />Natalie transitioned from a contracted to a full-time permanent po-
<br />sition in October 2017. She served as the Regional Planning Repre-
<br />sentative for TDEM Regions 2and 6onthe State Hazard Mitigation
<br />Advisory Committee. Natalie was responsible for hazard mitigation
<br />planning, including reviewing and meeting FEMA requirements. She
<br />also helped revise the State Hazard Mitigation Plan, including format-
<br />ting, meeting FEMA requirements, and writing the Hurricane Harvey
<br />Annex. Natalie coordinated with other agencies and stakeholders
<br />for state and local plan updates in this position. She liaised with staff,
<br />government agencies, community organizations, and the public to
<br />explain and provide technical assistance on mitigation program spe-
<br />cifics and requirements. Other responsibilities included:
