They <br />were adjusted for their physical differences in so far as the differences affected value. The <br />adjustments were somewhat objective but evenly applied to all sales. <br />Contribut%.y Value of,tlie Additional Imp' rovements <br />The subject had old concrete parking, foundation and sidewalk, which were mostly deteriorated and <br />grass covered. They were not considered to have any contributory value. Sale 2 had old buildings <br />and slabs that were razed by the buyer. The cost to raze/demo those improvements was estimated <br />at $16,500, or $0.72 PSF.
