We strive to protect and maintain the integrity of our city's rich history. Discussion and Possible action on the following applications for property located in the HD - <br />19 Pine Bluff Historic District - 740 Pine Bluff, Kevin Kelly <br />A. Certificate of Appropriateness for Window Replacement (24-000057) <br />B. Faqade Grant request- $2000 <br />C. Tax Exemption for historic properties <br />5. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property <br />located in the HD -2 Church Street Historic District -833 S Church Street. — David Richards. <br />A. Adding an Accessory Building to residence. Property ID #16581 & 16586 platted into <br />one lot and approved final on file with City. Building to match exterior finish ofhouse <br />as listed in notes on plans. Garage to face East and driveway to enter from 3rd S.E. <br />B. CoA # (24-000063) <br />6. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property <br />located in the HD -2 Church Street 1--listoric District -136 & 138 Clarksville Street. — I.,udwick <br />Building. <br />A. Originally constructed in 1916 as the t,udwick Grocery and located in the Paris <br />Historic District in Paris, TX. Though quite simple, the L,udwick Grocery Building <br />with its elegant details is an important character -defining contributing feature of Paris' <br />Downtown. While the metal panels previously attached to the exterior rendered the <br />building non-contributing when the district was formed, the panels appear to have <br />preserved the beauty of the building. The building is to be restored to its original <br />exterior appearance and will retain its function as a restaurant under a new owner. <br />B. CoA # (24-000062) <br />7. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property <br />located in the HD -2 Church Street Historic District -528 S Main Street. — David Chase. <br />A. Originally constructed in 1921, the J.J. Culbertson House, located in the Church Street <br />
