City staff, especially the City Attorney, have been very responsive and helpful in working toward a resolution. Contracting was completed last Friday and all other administrative tasks are in process. As of now, no major issues have been identified. The original phDteUOlOd8ih8Sb98n recreated and verified, although the model is very simple and comparisons may be challenging, as many of the normal assumptions for a model are unavailable. Based on the available information, we don't anticipate any significant deviations. 3. Compliance review summary showing all the required documentation submitted compared to statutory and regulatory reporting requirements and detailing any discrepancies. Status: Ongoing, with initial documentation review completed with no noted deficiencies. The City Attorney has been diligently working with the State OfTexas Comptroller's Off ice tOresolve some access issues to the online filing system. Resolution is expected to occur soon, and we will continue to assist as needed. 4. Checklists and d0eUnesfor submission Ofreporting along with sample documentation. Status: Research mostly completed. Documents will be drafted ahead of final deadline. 5. An excel spreadsheet designed specifically for the Paris TIRZ #1 to allow staff to model anticipated TIRZ cashflows. Mockers: We've been working with City staff to get parcel level detailed information about the property taxes for every parcel in the TIRZ. City staff, again led by the City Attorney are working to obtain this information. Four of the 6 work items are partially or totally blocked until this data is available.
