The above -referenced requests were denied by the City of Paris Zoning Board of Adjustment ("") _t:)V, abstaining. Boardon 1/7/2025 by a vote of 51 _ 11 ayes, _ nays and —0 On this date, the Board found that the requests did not meet the conditions set forth in the City of Paris Accessory Building Regulations Ordinance, Sections 13-101(c). Appeal: Any interested person wishing to appeal this Board decision is required to file a petition for Writ of Certiorari in a district court, county court or county court at law within ten (1 0) days of the date this decision is filed in the Board's office consistent with section 211.011 of the Texas Local Government Code. The Board of Adi ustment hereby denies the variance requests based upon the following findings. STAFF RECOMMENDED FINDINGS 1. The accessory structure setbacks cannot be met. 2. The lot is platted. 3. The request for variances is not in harmony with the general purposes and intent of area regulations for accessory buildings in residential and apartment districts contained in the Zoning Ordinance 1710 Subsection 13-101. (c) and will not protect the character of the immediate vicinity of the area. 4.
