Call meeting to order <br />The meeting was called to order by the Vice Chairman Matthew Coyle at 4:01 P.M. <br />2. Citizen's Forum <br />Linda Knox, 655 Church Street, updated the Commission on the rezoning qf'IID-2 to SI, --l. This has <br />been an ongoing process that was unanimously approved by the City Council. <br />3. Approval of Minutes from November 2024 meeting. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Dougherty, seconded by Commissioner Emmitte to approve both <br />the regular meeting minutes and the special meeting minutes. Motion carried. Ayes 7; Na 0 <br />Ys <br />4. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness application for property <br />located at 425 Church Street. <br />A motion to approve the COA for Phase I to include restoration of the exterior of the building: <br />masonry, pointing, window replacement, opening the porch, and bringing an historic look to the <br />carriage house, was made by Commissioner Turk, seconded by Commissioner Hadley. Motion <br />carried. Ayes 7; Nays 0 <br />5. Discussion and possible action on the Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition of historic property <br />located at 414 Church Street. <br />
