With no one speaking the public hearing was <br />declared closed. <br />A motion to approve the zoning change was by Board member Adam Bolton and seconded <br />by Board Member Larry Walker. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the JMC 112 Homes Addition, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD 15741, located at 1257 E Sherman Street. <br />Commissioner Larry Walker said he needs to be recused from this item. <br />Todd Mittge, City Engineer states staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat with <br />the following condition: <br />1. Lot 16 shall be corrected to KROGER ADDITION 112, BLOCK A, LOT 1. Lot <br />16 is incorrectly shown. That lot width shall be shown in its full width as it fronts <br />East Sherman Street. <br />-Chapter 9A Subdivision Ordinance, IV Preliminary Plat, (9). <br />A motion to approve the preliminary plat with noted condition was by Board member Chad <br />Lindsey and seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carried, 3 ayes— 0 nays. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the J&M 213 Homes Addition, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD 17361, located at 560 SW 191h Street. <br />Commissioner Larry Walker said he needs to be recused from this item as well. <br />Todd Mittge, City Engineer states staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat as <br />described. The Final Plat has not been submitted yet. <br />A motion to approve the Preliminary Plat was by Board member Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carried, 3 ayes — 0 nays. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of CnC Partners 306 Addition, Lot 1, Block A. <br />LCAD 55692 and 403273, located at N Main Street and Deshong Dr. <br />Todd Mittge, City Engineer states the applicant requests approval of a Final Plat in order <br />to build a commercial structure. Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with no <br />conditions. <br />A motion to approve the Final Plat without conditions was by Board member Adam Bolton <br />and seconded by Board Member Larry Walker. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. <br />8. Request items for future agendas. <br />
