7. Discussion and possible action from sub -committee for the property located at 623 SE 6th Street that was removed from the <br />Consent Agenda at the August 14th meeting. <br />A discussion was led by Commissioner Turk who outlined the historical significance of the property and Commissioner <br />Hadley who had a conversation with the current owner. It appears that there may be a buyer interested in rehabilitating the <br />structure and some discussion followed as to how the structure can be removed from the demolition list ifpurchased. There <br />was no action taken.,* however, this item will remain as a Future Agenda item for monthly follow up. <br />g. CONSENT A GENDA��� <br />{Items appearing on this consent agenda may be approved by a single vote of the Commission. with such approval applicable <br />to all items appearing on said agenda. Ifany Commission member desires to discuss and consider separately any item <br />appearing on the consent agenda, that Commission member may do so by requesting that the item be removed from the <br />consent agenda and considered as a separate item.} <br />Discussion and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article <br />III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings <br />and Structures," to determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the National <br />Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council <br />of the City of Paris. <br />A. 610 SW 7" <br />B. 961 W Sherman <br />C. 1424 W Cherry <br />Commissioner Coyle made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Emmite, to approve items on the consent agenda. He also reported that the City's ITDenartment is still working on <br />Share Point and making it accessible to Commissioners,. <br />B. Facade Grant disbursement <br />Discussion was held on how to presentfaVade grant checks with photos taken following the meeting. <br />C. Q&A <br />There were no questions. <br />10.
