A motion was made by Commissioner Emmite, seconded by Commissioner Coyle, to approve tax exemption <br />,lor this property. Motion carried. Ayes 8; Nays 0. <br />5. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness application for property located in HD 2 <br />Church Street Historic District -- 833 S Church Street — David Richards. <br />A. Adding an Accessory Building to residence. Property ID#16581 & 16586 platted into one lot and approved <br />final on file with City. Building to match exterior finish of house as listed in notes on plans. Garage to face east and <br />driveway to enter from 3"' S.E. <br />B. CoA # (24-000063) <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hadley, seconded by Commissioner Kee, to deny these items due to the <br />applicant not attending the meeting. Motion carried. Ayes 8, Nays 0 <br />6. and 7. These two items were removed for a special meeting due to bad weather. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hadley, seconded by Commissioner Coyle to hold these two items over far <br />aspecial meeting. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness application for property located in HD I <br />-- Downtown Historic District — 122 Bonham Street — Jason Boehlar <br />A. Repair and replace rotten wood awning. Remove metal tin that previous owner had covering windows. <br />B. CoA # (24-000060) <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Coyle, seconded by Commissioner Dougherty, to approve the CoA. Motion <br />carried, Ayes 8; Nays 0 <br />9. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness application for property located in <br />HD I -Downtown Historic District — 120 North Main St. — Robert Talley. <br />A. Removing old windows and replacing with new windows. Painting just the window frames. CoA # (24- <br />000001) <br />B. Facade grant request - $5,000 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Knox, seconded by Commissioner Hadley, to approve the.ftiqatle grant. <br />Motion carried.
