The materials competitively bid include <br />Aggregate Cover Stone (Type B, Grade 4, Uncoated); CRS -2 Emulsion Asphalt; HMAC (Hot Mix <br />Asphalt Concrete) Type D; Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, "Type "A" (Coarse Base) Material; Hot <br />Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Type `B" (Fine Base) Material; Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Type "D" <br />(Fine Mixture) Material; Portland Cement Concrete "Class A" (5 sack); Portland Cement Concrete <br />"Class C" (6 sack); Portland Cement Grout 5 sack; Portland Cement Grout 6 sack; Flexible Base <br />Material (Red Rock) Type A; SS -1 Emulsion Asphalt (Tack Oil); Sand; Top Soil; Flexible Base <br />Material (White Rock). <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The City of Paris Public Works Department has received sealed bids for <br />street materials on March 131h 2025, and would like to award bids to the lowest responsible bidders <br />for each material. The bid tabulation sheet is attached for details of the bids and materials, with <br />low bids highlighted. The contract period is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. <br />BUDGET: Funding is budgeted in the various Public Works Departments. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Award bids as indicated in attachment. <br />
