Consideration ofand action on the Preliminary Flat of the Shine in Paris Addition, Lots 1 <br />2, LOAD 17943, 17944, 102125 located in the Zoo Block of Lamar Ave. <br />Todd Mittge states this is a preliminary plat to build a restaurant and future mixed-use <br />structures. Staff reconunends approval with conditions. Paula Portugal asked which side <br />of the road this site is located. Mittge states this is on the south side of the road next to <br />the fire station across from Dairy Queen. Robert Spain asked if this is the site where <br />drainage issues have been discussed. Mittge states this will be in two phases with the <br />restaurant being in the first phase with a retention pond. The second phase will drain to <br />the south and that is not designed yet. <br />A motion to approve the preliminary plat with conditions was made by Board member <br />Chance Abbott and seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carried, 7 ayes — <br />o nays. <br />. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Shire in Paris Addition, Lot 15 PT of <br />LCAD 17943 and 17944, located in the 2500 Block of Lamar Ave. <br />Todd Mittge states there is nothing additional on this other than signatures blocks as a <br />condition. <br />A. notion to approve the final plat with conditions was made by Board member Adam <br />Bolton and seconded by Board Member Paula Portugal. Staff <br />recommends approval with conditions including ensuring that 50 feet of right-of-way i <br />present on Sherman and t" Street SE.
