APPROVAL OF REqIIE&T BY CM <br />The City is in receipt of the attached Certificate for Payment, acknowledges the Certificate <br />for Payment, acknowledges that the PID Projects covered by the certificate have been inspected <br />by the City, and otherwise finds the Certificate for Payment to be in order.
