10. Pay $750 for use of electricity at pavilion and vendor corner as <br />well as use of the RV spots. <br />11. Provide 12 porta potties and 2 wash stations. <br />B. SDBA further agrees to obtain the following insurance coverage, at <br />its own expense and to provide copies of said policies to City at least <br />30 days prior to the event: <br />1. Spectator liability coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per <br />occurrence, $5,000,000 in the aggregate. Drivers' medical <br />insurance (secondary only) <br />2. Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage for the <br />participants of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $5,000,000 in the <br />aggregate. <br />3. SDBA agrees to name the city as an additional insured under the <br />policy referenced above. <br />4. SDBA further agrees to furnish City with proof of insurance for all <br />the Above required policies. <br />OBLIGATIONS OF THE CITY:. <br />A. City agrees to provide the following for the event: <br />1. Provide one ambulance on site with a 2 paramedic minimum at <br />the rate of $80.00 per hour for the ambulance and $50.00 per <br />hour for each paramedic during the time period during which <br />racing is taking place. The rate will not be prorated for <br />incomplete hours worked. The hourly rate for the ambulance <br />shall be paid to the city, and the hourly rate for personnel shall be <br />paid directly to the paramedics. <br />2. Provide police patrols through the areas subject to officer <br />availability. <br />3. Provide barricades and/or cones for traffic control as needed. <br />4. Provide up to 40 trash cans and trash bag liners (industrial <br />strength) <br />B. City Agrees to perform the following services: <br />1. Clear and mow pit area. <br />2. Clear brush and small shrubs to facilitate spectator viewing. <br />C. Paris VCC agrees to give SDBA $5,000.00. <br />
