BRADLEY PERRY <br />PRESIDENT <br />CHIEF EX11C 1TIVE OFFICER <br />Please accept this letter of reference for Mr. Todd Stephens. Mr. Stephens has been in the <br />construction business for approximately forty years and has been a customer of Peoples Bank for <br />approximately thirty years. During this time, he has had credit .relationships and numerous <br />deposit accounts with the Bank. All accounts have been handled in a satisfactory manner. <br />Please accept this letter as evidence of preapproval for the financing of 1-4 f Unily dwelling(s) <br />within the City of Paris utilizing the 5 in 5 Housing Iz>fill Development Program. "Idris <br />preapproval letter does not guarantee final loan approval, as it is based on a limited initial <br />assessment of information provided to the Bank. <br />Final loan approval would require a current application along with current financial and <br />collateral documentation that complies with bank regulations and bunk lending policy and would <br />be contingent upon all underwriting conditions being met, qualification factors remaining <br />unchanged, satisfactory appraisal of the property, and verification of information provided on the <br />application.
