3. Section 1.5, Premises, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 1.5 Premises. Approximately 602.3169&9 acres of land out of the Airport Property <br />in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas as further depicted in the Aerial Map of the <br />Airport Property contained in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />4. Sec. 4.1 shall be amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 4.1 LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR as rent for the premises described in this Lease <br />Agreement NINE THOUSAND TWENTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br />($9,028.00) per year ...[the remainder of the text shall remain unchanged.] <br />5. The map attached as Exhibit Ain the Lease Agreement shall be replace by the map attached <br />hereto as Exhibit B.
