Discuss, receive bids, and award a contract to Pridemore Construction LLC in the amount <br />of $301,243.50, for the 7`h Street SW Reconstruction Project, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute all necessary documents. <br />22. Discuss, receive bids, and award a contract to R.K. Hall, LLC in the amount of <br />$1,935,221.70 for the 2025 Mill and Overlay Project; and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute all necessary documents. <br />23. Discuss and act on adding a new position of Government and Human Resources Analyst. <br />24. Discuss and act on a Resolution Repealing Resolution No. 2025-010 and Discontinuing <br />the City's Residential Tax Abatement Program. <br />25.
