Osei Amo-Mensah states the applicant is planning to construct a laundromat at this location. The current zoning is not appropriate for this proposed use. It is noted that this location is not adjoining any Neighborhood Service District, however, this location is a good fit to serve the residential area. The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking the public hearing was declared closed. A motion to approve the zoning change was made by Board member Adam Bolton and seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 4 ayes - 0 nays. 6.
